    Great New Year hotel with lovely decorations and a festive atmosphere. The unlimited drinks and food were a plus, with plenty of variety to choose from to suit any taste. The hotel location is ideal for those who want to be close to the beach and conveniently near town. The rooms had a nice view of the area and were quite comfortable.

    The hotel staff were not very helpful, especially during the high season period. The buffet meals could use more improvement to accommodate guests' dietary restrictions.

    Located on the picturesque Turkish coast, this hotel boasts stunning surrounding greenery. In the restaurants, everything runs smoothly and the staff provide impeccable service. the rooms are very clean and come with toiletries and fresh towels daily.

    Some of the sunbeds are in need of replacement.

    Great breakfast and the rooftop terrace was a nice touch for enjoying the city view. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

    The room was very small and cramped, and the walls were quite thin so we could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms all night long.

    This hotel is a luxurious haven that exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities fulfilled our needs and the service was exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing and the indoor swimming pool was relaxing. the swimming pools, outdoor and beach, were stunning. the live entertainment was very enjoyable and the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere. the snack bar and dinner selection was delicious, and the Special diet menus were impressive.

    The only minor issue was that the public bath was not as clean as we expected. Despite this, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience.

    I especially enjoyed the Italian and Chinese restaurants. The family room was cozy, clean, and very spacious. It was great to have access to a variety of pools and the beach was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families.
